Can You See Me Now?

Can you make me out, sitting there in the cockpit???? Well, if you can your eyes are working in imagination mode. These guys fly around the park just about every morning and evening, when the air is calmer. There are a dozen or so ultra lite pilots spending their winter in this RV park. This guy may find himself in a bit of hot water (not literally), you see he is not supposed to fly directly over the park that low.


Here is Sharon at work. She is peddling her wears (which happens to be handmade jewelry) at a craft fair in our RV park. We have done several shows this winter, including some in Quartzsite and Parker.


We bought a new fifth wheel travel trailer in early February. With the economy in a slump and sales down, dealers are selling at bargain prices. This one is the same length as its predecessor (close to 34 feet), but it has four slide out rooms. It is much roomier than our last one.


It has a slide out entertainment center with a built in desk (my new computer center). It even came with surround sound (five speakers and a sub-woofer). I can turn it up loud enough to rattle the windows. I suspect that when the windows are open it is loud enough to irritate the neighbors (thereby the frowns aimed in my direction).


Well, as you can see, the sun is setting so I must ride off....... Sorry the picture is so small. I can't find my original to resize it (lost amongst the 8,000+ pictures I now have on my laptop).


Our stay in Brenda, Arizona is nearly over. We leave here in two days, headed for a short stop in Yuma at the trailer dealer for a few adjustments. Then we are taking the trailer on to Mesa where we will leave it for the summer. We will then return to Brenda, pick up our Lance camper and ATV's and head for Indiana.
